Booking and Deposit:

  • To secure your event date, a non-refundable deposit of $500 is required.
  • This deposit is essential to confirm your booking and will be applied to your total event cost.

Wedding Event Payment Schedule:

  • 50% of the remaining balance is due 90 days prior to the event.
  • The final balance is due 30 days before the event date.

Non-Wedding Event Payment Schedule:

  • The payment structure for non-wedding events varies. Please inquire with us directly for specific details regarding the deposit, payment schedule, and other terms for your non-wedding event.

Cancellation Policy for Wedding Events:

  • More than 90 days before the event: If you need to cancel your event, you may receive a full refund of any payments made, excluding the non-refundable deposit.
  • Within 60 days of the event: Cancellations made within this period will forfeit 50% of the total event cost. If there is any outstanding balance at the time of cancellation, you will be held responsible for paying that balance.
  • Within 30 days of the event: Unfortunately, no refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 30 days of the event date. If there is any outstanding balance at the time of cancellation, you will be held responsible for paying that balance.
